C² Construction is the vision of Janela and Daryll, who together bring over a decade of experience in real estate, home renovations, and construction. With a strong background in home flipping, property investment, and design, they have built a reputation for delivering high-quality renovations that enhance both the beauty and functionality of homes.

Janela’s passion for home improvement began in the furniture industry, where she served as Chief Operating Officer, mastering the art of creating stylish and functional spaces. Daryll, a seasoned real estate expert, co-owns a brokerage agency with over $1 billion in sales and serves as CEO of Brothers Buy Homes, a firm that has successfully renovated over 1,200 homes across California, adding more than half a billion dollars in value through expert renovations and strategic improvements.

Together, Janela and Daryll take pride in transforming homes with precision, creativity, and problem-solving expertise. Whether it’s kitchen and bathroom remodeling, flooring, painting, or full-scale home renovations, their approach is always client-focused, ensuring every space meets the needs and vision of the homeowner.

Daryll Canlas
Daryll is the founder and CEO of Brothers Buy Homes, a real estate investment/home flipping company. He is also the co-founder and the other half of a brokerage called The Canlas Brothers Real estate group. The Canlas Brothers brokerage has successfully sold over 1 billion dollars in total sales and they consistently sell 200 million dollars in sales a year. Daryll has flipped over a thousand homes through his real estate investment group and is considered an expert in the industry. He is a well known real estate developer in the Bay Area and Los Angeles areas and has been featured on print media & television networks on multiple occasions which include HGTV, ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX News. Daryll focuses on value creation, aesthetics, return on investment, and marketing strategies with every project that he puts his hands onto. Being a top producer in the industry, he accepts nothing less than the best and surrounds himself with only the best in the business. With his successful track record and experience, he adds a unique, one of a kind element to his work and easily sets it apart from anyone else.

Daryll consistently aims to raise the bar and aspires to leave all his clients with nothing but the best. Without fail, he puts his clients first by providing only high standard service and focusing on his client’s goals. His love for fashion and anything that involves being creative has helped him have a successful career as a developer and business owner. When Daryll is not working to find great deals, studying trends and analysis, he enjoys traveling and experiencing other cultures, dancing, working out, fashion, playing and watching sports.
Janela Cuaton
Janela is the founder of CSquared Interiors. She studied in New York Institute of Arts and Design and SoFA Design Institute in the Philippines. She previously embarked on a successful career as the Chief Operating Officer of an interior design firm and a furniture store. Having lived in different countries with different cultures, traditions, and lifestyles, Janela developed a love for fashion and interior design.

Janela’s career revolved around fashion and anything that involves creativity. She is a former model, beauty queen, and host. Being surrounded by people in those industries has helped her develop a creative eye and attention to detail, knowledge of the latest designs and trends, and excellent communication skills. Janela prides herself with the quality and standard of work that she puts out there. She believes that every project she works on is a reflection of herself that is why strives to consistently do her best.

Giving back is one of Janela’s passions. At the age of 15, she started a charity organization called Fashion Meets Passion, where she would organize workshops and fashions shows and donate all the proceeds to different charity organization.
